Following prayerful discussion and consultation, Origin Scotland has decided that we need some full-time staff to continue the ministry into the future.
Over the last fifteen years the ministry has grown from a small group of churches in one city to a large ministry on two continents with hundreds of volunteers, two orchestras, three choirs and three bands. Until now we have continued with purely part-time volunteer workers but the work has grown to such an extent that this is no longer sustainable. We need at least two full-time staff immediately even to maintain the work at the current level and allow for future ministry opportunities. These staff will provide admin and research for the church guides, administrative support for the ministry and senior volunteer staff, musical direction and resources, and spiritual leadership, counselling and support.
Colin and Norma Peckham have agreed to step out in faith in full time service with Origin Scotland.
